Getting started with disability support

You do not need to know every service name or have the perfect schedule prepared before making contact.

Start with everyday life

Think about the parts of your day or week that are difficult, the things you want to do more independently and the support that would make a practical difference.

The first conversation

We ask about location, funding, goals, current routines and preferred times. This helps us decide whether we may be suitable before requesting detailed information.

Assessment and agreement

If we may be a fit, we arrange an assessment and prepare a service agreement. You can ask questions, request changes and take time to understand the arrangement before signing.

Preparing to commence

A field manager confirms the roster and suitable workers. Support begins only after the required information, safeguards, agreement and worker match are ready.

Want to talk this through?
