Before support starts

We assess the support environment, tasks, equipment, access and known risks relevant to safe service delivery.

During support

Workers follow agreed instructions, report hazards and incidents, and stop or escalate work when there is an immediate safety concern.

Reviewing changes

Changes to the home, tasks, health, behaviour, equipment or support environment should be shared so safeguards can be reviewed.
