Your rights

Feedback, complaints and your rights

You have the right to speak up, receive a response and continue to be treated fairly and respectfully.

Start wherever feels comfortable

You can speak with your worker, contact your CCC Support manager, send a portal message or make a written complaint.

Tell us what outcome you want

Let us know what happened, how it affected you and what would help resolve the concern. You can involve an advocate or support person.

No adverse treatment

Making a complaint must not lead to unfair treatment, withdrawal of support or pressure to stay silent.

Independent options

You may seek help from an advocate or contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission about NDIS services and worker conduct.

Want to talk this through?

Our intake team can explain how this applies to your situation without pressure to proceed.
