In-Home Support

Daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, and general home-based assistance delivered consistently by your support worker.

Community Access

Transport to appointments, shopping, social outings, and building independence — helping you stay active and connected in your community.

Household Tasks

Practical home support including cleaning, laundry, and lawn maintenance — delivered as part of your overall NDIS support plan.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government program that funds supports and services for people with permanent and significant disability. It provides participants with individualised funding to access the supports they need to live more independently.

Self-managed means you manage your NDIS funding yourself and pay providers directly. Plan-managed means a registered plan manager handles your funds and pays your providers on your behalf. Both options work seamlessly with CCC Support — we’re experienced with both.
 
Once we’ve had an initial conversation and confirmed your NDIS funding details, we aim to begin services as quickly as possible. In most cases we can have a schedule organised within a few days of your first contact.
 
Not at all. You’re welcome to contact us at any stage — even if your NDIS plan is still being set up. We can answer your questions, explain how our services work, and be ready to begin as soon as your plan is confirmed.
 
We currently service Long Jetty, The Entrance, Bateau Bay, Toukley, Wyong, and Gosford. If you’re in another part of the Central Coast, get in touch and we’ll confirm whether we can support you in your area.
 
We understand that support needs can change. If your situation or requirements shift over time, we’ll adjust your schedule and services accordingly. We aim to be flexible and responsive — just get in touch and we’ll sort it out together.
